Bands, check to make sure info is correct, and check the list of music venues to makes sure we have all the locations you play in New Jersey!

5 Track Mind		Rock	The name 5 Track Mind came up because none of us could agree on anything, and that name was one of the only things, other than making great music, that we did agree on. So there you have it!. The Band was formed in October of 1998 in Dumont, NJ, USA. We play a mix of original songs as well as Classic Rock covers. This band is an international outfit, European and American mix, with members that have been playing together on and off for over 30 years. The result is a combination of outstanding musicianship and very strong vocals, which delivers a very powerful performance. Most of the numbers have three part harmony, which is a rare treat these days!!.
40 Fingers		Rock Funk Hip Hop	40 Fingers came together in the summer of 2006. The crew ran into each other one day at a local bar in NJ and thought it would be cool to start jamming in the basement. The 40 Fingers sound was born. They bring to the table a unique blend of hip-hop, funk, and rock, which is sure to capture even the most stubborn ears. Combined with their high-octane live performance, 40 Fingers is sure to leave a lasting impression on any crowd they face.

Anton Roolaart		Prog	Anton is originally from the Netherlands but has lived in the US for most of his life now. The music he writes is melodic/symphonic rock and introduces the listener to wonderful landscapes painted by his insightful tunes and melodies which are put together keenly onto his canvas. His debut CD "Dreamer" was recently released by Umbrello Records in April 2007.

Backhand Louise		Indie Rock	3 girls who grew a few blocks from each other up in brick, nj. Jen has been playing since she was 15. Daniele and Wendy started in bands a few years agao. We are noW Backhand Louise. Originals are what we love to do. Jen is the songwriter of the group with a beautiful strong voice that makes your arm hair stand on end. Featuring the vocal talents of Bob Scott, the BSG produces an Irish rebel sound, infused with modern rock. The aggression that you expect from an oi!-punk band was prominant in Broken Heroes. It was a time when punk was still only cool to those that really loved it.

Convict Orange		Punk	Convict Orange started playing together in May of 2003 at Earthquake studios in Watchung, New Jersey. Dan was playing bass again for the first time since Joystick broke up in 1999. Tom, formerly the drummer of the hugely successful cover band Route 66, picked up the guitar. Ian Kenworthy took the drummers seat. Somehow it workedMaybe because they were all neurotics. Maybe it was their attitude towards mainstream music. Convict Os sound is a high energy mix of old school punk with an original twist that is raw and no-nonsense.

Cranky		Cover	Cranky is a South Jersey party band playing party tunes from the past and present. Cranky's set list includes tunes by Pearl Jam, Killers, Lit, Franz Ferdinand, Tom Petty, Beatles, Weezer, U2, Motley Crue, Green Day, Black Crowes, My Chemical Romance, Bon Jovi, and many more. Crasher		Punk Rock	Hardcore Punk Rock band out of Ocean County, these guys come highly regarded by one of our New Jersey Punk Rock Princesses - so I'd check them out, she knows her stuff.
The Cretins		Punk Rock	The Cretins are a three-piece punk group from Hamilton, New Jersey at ages 13 and 14. We have been a band for a little more than a year now. We are a tight group and play A LOT of gigs in our area. We started out as more of a Ramones era cover band, but now we have a whole set of songs that we wrote and they're more of a hardcore style.
Cris Russo		Rock, Power Pop	For the past 8 years, Cris Russo has been rocking the tri state area with his hypnotic melodies, relatable lyrics, and sing-a-long hooks. Finished in May 2007, his latest recording, "The Moment We've All Been Waiting," is set to make an all out invasion. The songs are an infusion of many different genres of rock, pop, hip hop, and jazz, and no song sounds the same as another. There is truly a little something for everyone. Damaged		Cover Rock Metal	Formed in 2001 DAMAGED is a high energy hard rock’n N.J. based band that’s breaking the rules on their way to the top of the cover band scene. Sure you’ll hear some of the staple cover tunes like Blink 182 & Green Day that all the cover bands play, but DAMAGED loves to hit you with hard & heavy rock that other bands just stay away from .There favorite stuff to play is bands like Pantera , Alice'n Chains , Avenged Seven Fold & occasionally treat your ears to great Rock that doesn’t get radio air play like Life of Agony & Exies. Armed with a great sound, light and stage show you definitely don’t want to miss this band when they’re anywhere in the tri state area. Who knows, maybe you’ll catch a behind the head solo.
Damaged Goods		Metal	Damaged Goods has an extensive backlog of original songs brought to the table from all of the former bands all of the members have been in over the years. All of that music was written in the tradition of some of the greatest Heavy Metal bands from the New wave of British Heavy Metal era of the late 1970’s – 1980’s, right on through to modern era Heavy Rock music.

Delft		Indie Experim. Ambient	Delft have adopted a sea turtle as their mascot, and made the sea their motif. I cant think of a better thing to represent their sound than the sea. Even when the band is playing quickly, as they do often, their indie-rock sound seems filtered through a dreamy sieve that gives it a thick, fluid, underwater feel.
Dog Voices		Cover	Dog Voices, one of the East Coast’s top cover bands, features an incredible high energy show filled with excitement and musicianship. Playing an average of 225 shows a year since 1995, this band really knows how to rock and keep it hot!
Downshallow		Rock	From Harrison, Downshallow loves to incorporate hints of atmospheric, almost ethereal soundscapes, all the while breaking down into good ol' hard rock n' roll.
Drunk Uncle Bob		Cover	Who is Drunk Uncle Bob? This is a question that has baffled the drunken mind for years. This band considers itself the weekend warriors of rock n roll. When the weekend comes around, we love a good party!! Music covered by the band ranges from the 80's through today's rock.
Due South		Country	Due South was formed in August of 1998. All members have previously performed with other groups, with different styles of music. However, all members agree that New Country and the sound of Due South is what they love the most.
El Ka Bong		Cover Rock	EKB also has the unique ability to cater to any given audience. No matter what your age you will always find your jam at an EKB show. Covering songs from the seventies disco era to the cutting edge hits of today, EKB continues to reinvent themselves night after night.
Eryn Shewell		Bluesy Rock	Her unique sound is often compared with her musical influences, the bluesy sound of Susan Tedeschi, the sweet sensitivity of Jewel, smokiness of Norah Jones and the power of Janis Joplin.
Exit Row Band		Cover Rock	The original band was formed in November of 2005. The last founding member, lead guitarist Ed Z aka "Z", was joined by drummer Glen K soon after. In February of 2006 bassist Tom M joined the group. In February of 2007, lead singer Shawn Bartels came on board. In November of 2007, bassist Tom M retired from rock to play jazz, and new bass player Paul A joined the group. Shortly after, the band renamed from Kudzu Buzz to Exit Row Band. The group has played shows throughout the area, as far as Arlington Virginia. The band has played under several names, including White Trash Hurricane, White Knight, Furr, Kudzu Buzz, and finally as Exit Row Band.
Exit Zero		Cover Hard Rock	Exit Zero, formed in March of 2006, is a hard rock cover and originals band located in central New Jersey. Having a variety of musical influences ranging from classic rock, punk, metal, and alternative scenes allows Exit Zero to hit you in the teeth with chest pounding percussions and bass, ear piercing leads, riot inducing rhythm, and jaw dropping vocals from your favorite hard rock artists.

Fountains of Wayne		Rock Pop	While they may not be 100% a Jersey band, half the band is from Jersey and the are named ofter a North Jersey icon. Former schoolmates Adam Schlesinger and Chris Collingwood formed Fountains Of Wayne in 1996 as a vehicle for their mutual love of pop songcraft, after having played together in a series of precursor bands with even more ungainly names. They enlisted ex-Posies drummer Brian Young and lead guitarist Jody Porter, formerly of The Belltower, just before the release of their self-titled debut album, which had been recorded largely as a duo. The band's line-up has remained constant ever since. Their second album, 1999's widely-heralded Utopia Parkway, featured all four members in the recording studio, as did 2003's breakthrough Welcome Interstate Managers. By now, the band has developed a sixth sense for arranging Schlesinger and Collingwood's songs, and Young's muscular backbeat and Porter's endlessly inventive riffs and countermelodies are integral parts of the FOW sound. And while the records have gotten progressively more detailed and nuanced, FOW live remains a lean, loud guitar band with a decade's worth of singalong faves to pick from.
Four Angry Drunks		Punk	We're four central Jersey men in our early 20s that like to play punk music and drink. We're not looking to impress anyone or create something new. We're here to have some fucking fun and play a show for fuck's sake. How can you go wrong with that?
Fragile		Cover	Fragile was founded in 1970. The original group had 3 members: Joe Dorio on keyboards and guitar, Bruce Bush on bass guitar and Mike Kurti on drums. Fragile worked the clubs in the Central Jersey area for approximately eight years. The Shady Lane was probably one of the best places for large crowds and great exposure. On May 7, 2006, Bruce saw Joe in the parking lot near Nolde's Pianos and told him he was getting together with Steve... well... the three of them got together and some of that old magic came back!

While in Korea I did a competition in Camp Casey called the USO & AT&T Countdown to Stardom. I won 2nd place and got a few bucks. When I moved to Ft Riley KS I started doing the open mics in the area and wrote more original material. My friend, convinced me to make my first CD in Wichita, KS in 2001. It only had 6 songs on it because that was all I could afford. I moved back to NJ at the end of 2001 and continued my military service with the NJ National Guard. I began to play open mics and found myself playing with some cool musicians.

JTK		Hip-Hop Rap	If anyone has the musical knowledge it takes to create a revolution its JTK. Dissecting the study of music is only the hobby. Creating masterpieces is the job. From Mozart to Kanye, no note passes without thought. Accepted into a group of very talented rappers.. Phoenix, Eclipse, and Harrow.. they continue giving JTK the motivation needed to become the best of the best. Playing concert percussion since the age of 13, recieving honors such as acceptance to the very selective Governor's School of the Arts, All-State Band, with the addition of many teaching credentials simply start the long list of musical accomplishments made by JTK.
Krystal		Rock	Krystal, Hoboken’s own rock band extraordinaire has reunited. Returning members will be John Vincent Olsen, lead vocalist and acoustic guitar, Dominick Menge, lead guitar and vocals, Gerard Ciandella, drums and vocals, Billy Roz, bass guitar and vocals and Dave Florio on keyboards. Krystal was extremely popular as teenagers, filling high school halls with thousands in attendance per event. Famous for their renditions of Led Zeppelin songs and other acts like Bad Company, Kansas, and Styx, Krystal created quite a buzz around the State of New Jersey. The band later hit the club circuit drawing record crowds, performing weekly at the Bloomfield Street Café Hoboken’s popular rock club for upcoming artists of the 80’s, and 90's, and random appearances at Maxwell’s, Hoboken’s number one rock club. All members are home grown Hoboken musicians.
Lamps Burning		Metal Rock	The members of Lamps Burning have a vision; That vision is to be heard by the masses, and they are not about to let anything or anyone get in the way of making that a reality. A Metal/Post-Hardcore outfit based out of Union City, NJ, adopted their name out of a biblical verse, Luke 12:35 “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning”. This has become the bands credo. Focusing on intelligent lyrics & music that has substance is what makes up their disposition. The band, having an opposing stance on a lot of the reckless hate & violence that plagues a substantial portion of the lyrical themes found on many metal releases these days, has fueled a passion for them to make a change in the genre of music that they hold dear to & also to bring a breath of fresh air to the landscape, while still remaining sonically brutal.
Las Fieras		Raggae Hip Hop	Brooklyn born singer/songwriter, Angelique (Puerto Rico) and Atlantic City born rapper, La Cangri (El Salvador) began their music careers as solo artists. Meeting through mutual friends in November 2005, they immediately respected and recognized each others talent and decided to write a song together called "Baila", the hit single. They also wrote "Una fiera como yo", and from then on became known as "Las Fieras". Angelique and La Cangri quickly got into the studio and began recording, releasing the video and dance single "Baila", which is rapidly moving up the charts. Their debut performance as "Las Fieras" at Club 10 West in Galloway, NJ on July 24, 2006 was a success and just the beginning of their career for these ladies of Reggaeton.

The band's legendary Tuesdays at Bar Anticipation in Belmar have lines down the block every week. Their ever-changing set list includes the toughest nu-metal industrial tunes, 80's new wave, as well as pop and hard rock classics.
Lindsey Rush		Pop Rock Acoustic Folk	Lindsey is a Philadelphia based artist in the vain of Lisa Loeb. Amazingly melodic, her crafted songs are smooth are in ears and thought provoking. Look for big things from Lindsey in the future.
Logs In The Mainstream		Pop Eccentric	If eccentric was a style of rock, Logs in the Mainstream would be its core. Logs in the Mainstream combines rock, punk, funk, world beat, pop, Latin, country and a little of every genre, then spits it back as something all its own. Always lyrically insightful, a typical Logs theme is self reflective and social conscience from the inside out. Throw in heaps of humor and danceable grooves for girls with one leg shorter than the other and you have music known as Logs style. Logs has amassed a large and dedicated cult following online and in the Northeast area, sharing the stage with Cake, M. Doughty, Alice Donut and Colin Hay.

Mace Gill & The Whitehouse Station		Blues	Formed in the fall of '06 to do another of the many 'one-off' gigs at Gaia's Gate (now closed) - the magic of playing the blues turned these musicians into a band. From that gig it was decided to keep going and see who would like to listen.
Matt ORee		Rock Jam	Matt O'Ree has been cranking out the blues-rock since he was an early teen. With all the trappings of a genuine guitar hero, he plays with fire in his fingers and blues in his soul. In 1997, Matt began writing and recording material that evolved into his debut CD, 88 Miles. The completion of his second CD, Chalk It Up, was the breaking point of blending blues and rock together to form a unique sound of his own.

Maybridge		Rock	Maybridge, a relatively unknown band from Kearney has emerged as the band to watch. Maybridge entered “The Break Contest” with only two shows under their belt. The band competed against over one hundred bands and placed 5th overall in New Jersey. As a result, Maybridge earned a spot on the 2007 Bamboozle Festival at Giants Stadium. Shortly after Bamboozle, the band competed in the “War for Warped Tour” and secured a spot on the 2007 Vans Warped Tour in New Jersey. In the span of eight months the band has made great progress toward their goal of having their music heard by as many fans as possible.
