The popularity of Texas Hold'em on TV and Online has led to the growth of bar poker leagues coast-to-coast. You have plenty of choices here in New Jersey, led by World Tavern Poker. Running three seasons a year, New Jersey players routinely lead the national leader board. In addition to WTP, there are several other poker league running through out our great state.   • World Tavern Poker is the nation's and New Jersey's largest free poker league. Played weekly in over 50 locations in New Jersey, most locations offer weekly prizes for winning, and you gain ranking points toward regional and national championships. Last years winner (Winter 2009-10) was Bill Yost from Hillsborough, NJ and the national TOC winner was Antonio Burney from Elizabeth, NJ. Each season WTP has national championships in Atlantic City and Las Vegas awarding around 30 seats to World Series of Poker events including the Main Event!

  • Down To The Felt runs at 12 Central Jersey locations.

  • Nite Owl Poker runs at 12 locations primarily in Mercer and Burlington County

  • Players' Pub Poker runs locally in bar across Northern Jersey.

  • World Free Poker runs at about 15 Central and North Jersey spots including several Fuddruckers.
