The Count Basie Theatre does not have its own parking lot, and because downtown Red Bank is a popular place, parking can be problematic, especially on a show night. If you need a parking space close to the theatre, we strongly suggest arriving at least one hour before show time.
We have provided a map below to assist you in locating public parking areas. There is a large municipal parking lot located in the block bounded by Monmouth Street, Broad Street, White Street and Maple Avenue, as well as at the Red Bank Train Station. Parking at the train station is free after 11:00am. Both lots are two blocks from the theatre, and both have parking for the disabled. A limited number of parking spots for the disabled are also available in the parking lot of the Red Bank Municipal Building, across Monmouth Street from the Theatre.
There are seven municipal lots in downtown Red Bank providing 4-hour metered parking Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and free parking is available on Sundays.

The Box Office is open Monday-Friday 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays 12:00 noon through 3:00 p.m., and until one-half hour after show time at all performances.
The Count Basie Theatre is pleased to announce that Central Parking System can provide paid parking on show nights in their brand-new, four-story, 330-space parking garage of the new Red Bank Corporate Plaza, located just 2 blocks from the Count Basie Theatre at the intersection of West Front Street and Pearl Street (Route 35) in Red Bank.
You may enter the garage after 5:00 p.m. and exit before 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 12:00 midnight Sunday through Thursday. Garage parking is not available for matinee performances at this time.
The entrance to the Red Bank Corporate Plaza Garage is located on the south side of West Front Street on the block between West Street (to the west) and Pearl Street (to the east). To walk to the theatre after parking, exit the garage on the south side, make a left and walk east on Wall Street for half a block to Pearl Street. Make a right, walk south one block on Pearl Street to Monmouth Street, and make a left. The Count Basie Theatre is across the street.
